Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between you and Fadi Labs (“Fadi Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate Resume Flow, offered as Resume Flow by Fadi Labs (the product name “Resume Flow” and the “Service”: our website, applications, and related services). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Orders and Paddle (Merchant of Record)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payments, receipts, invoices, and many billing-related questions are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Your contract for paid subscriptions may be with Paddle as described in their checkout and documentation.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to update it as needed.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Without limitation, you must not:

• Use the Service to create or distribute fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading resumes or materials;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliations;
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication;
• Use automated means to access the Service in a way that overloads or harms our systems;
• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these rules or pose risk to other users or the Service.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled as described in our Refund Policy and in your account settings. Taxes may apply based on your location and Paddle’s determination.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Fadi Labs or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit (such as resume text). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that resumes generated or edited with the Service will result in employment or any particular outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fadi Labs and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
